H.J. Elephant IIIFirst MRN Appearance: 1403 H. J. Elephant III is a resident of Westwood who occasionally visits the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. He and Tadpole Frogg are best friends.[1] H.J. cannot read but is fluent in understanding sign language. Slightly skilled in boomerang magic, H.J. Elephant's magic words are “Oh me, oh my.” According to a Neighborhood census, H.J. can whistle and his favorite color is pinkish-yellowish-brownish-orange.[2] H.J.
