Mr. Allmine is an excentric visitor to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Residing in the Land of Allmine, Mr. Allmine owns an extensive collection of many objects. Before learning that everything did not belong to him, Mr. Allmine carried a book and added any items which he wanted to claim as his own.[1] In fact, he once took Daniel Striped Tiger's clock with him to the Land of Allmine.[2]

Mr. Allmine has been known to have a special interest in tents[3] and once played the part of Lloyd, Betty Aberlin's brother in the Key To Otherland opera.[4]
