Elsie Jean Platypus and her husband Dr. Bill arrived in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe following Dr. Frogg and and Mrs. Frogg's move to Westwood.
Elsie Jean is the daughter of Tom Platypus and Mel Platypus. She lives in the Platypus Mound next to the Museum-Go-Round with her husband and their daughter, Ana.
She once appeared in a Neighborhood opera playing the part of the Loch Ness Monster.[1] Her favorite kind of raspberry delight is #302 in her book One Thousand Raspberry Delights.[2]
