The Royal Button Band is a musical performance group organized by Handyman Negri in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. The group includes a variety of instruments from piano to flute.

Wearing jackets covered with buttons and with the image of a "B" on the back (made of buttons, of course), the Royal Button Band performs along with Vija Vitra for King Friday XIII, Queen Sara Saturday, and others in the Neighborhood.[1]

The Royal Button Band consists of Johnny Costa (piano), John Vincent (drums), Carl McVicker (bass), Tom Lee (flute), and Handyman Negri (guitar).
