Seagull is a toy bird with a pull string owned by X the Owl. When Seagull's string is pulled, it speaks only two words -- "You know."

Seagull once appeared on an MGR-TV program hosted by Lady Elaine Fairchilde. Feathered Friends included Seagull and several other birds from the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.[1]

Often, Seagull's name is shortened to "Gull."
