Daniel is playing cars with Margaret when she becomes interested in his rocking chair. As she rocks and claims, "Mine!", Daniel becomes defensive and wants it to be known that the chair belongs to him. Mom Tiger suggests that Daniel considering giving the chair to Margaret since he is now too big for it -- "You can choose things like books or a toy and give them to someone else to enjoy." Despite her encouragement, Daniel chooses to keep the chair.

Daniel and his mom arrive at the Platypus home to pick up Jodi for a playdate. Nana Platypus shares that they have lost their toy cars.

Back at his own house, Daniel is playing blocks with Jodi as he make-believes that he is driving through a neighborhood made of blocks.

When Jodi's family arrives to pick her up, Leo and Teddy find some toy cars in Daniel's room. Daniel remembers, "you can choose things like books or a toy and give them to someone to enjoy." Before Leo and Teddy leave, Daniel gives them the cars to take home.

Back in his room, Daniel decides to give his old rocking chair to Margaret.
