Daniel Tiger has made some special cards for his friends on Love Day -- a day set aside for saying "I love you" to the special people in your life. Teacher Harriet shows love by hugging Daniel while Daniel shows love through the cards he made.
During circle time, the other children show ways they like to show love. Katerina expresses love through dance, Miss Elaina through hugs, and Prince Wednesday by singing.
After he finds a special Love Day card, Daniel passes out the cards he made for his friends as he tries to figure out who his special card is from.
Daniel make-believes that he is giving Love Day cards to everyone in the Neighborhood.
When Grandpere surprises Daniel with a visit to the school, Daniel finds that the special card is from his grandfather.
