Daniel Tiger is playing restaurant with Katerina Kittycat and O the Owl. Baby Margaret wants to play with them and pulls the table settings onto the floor.
Daniel is frustrated but Mom Tiger suggests that "when a baby makes thigns different, find a way to make things fun." Daniel and his friends take her advice and pretend they are having a picnic restaurant on the floor.
Daniel make-believes that he is in a silly restaurant.
When Baby Margaret keeps taking Tigey, Daniel is encouraged by Mom to find a soft toy for Margaret to cuddle with. To Margaret's delight, Daniel retrieves Pandy the Panda from the toy box. He realizes that having a sister is different and fun!
