Mister Rogers enters as he makes a flying motion with his hand. After changing into his sweater and sneakers, he continues making his hands fly before visiting the Neighborhood theater where the Flying Karamazov Brothers are rehearsing. This team of jugglers demonstrate parts of their rhythmic and musical routine much to the delight of Mister Rogers. The group provides Mister Rogers with a set of scarves to help him learn to juggle.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Neighbor Aber is making a donation to Queen Sara's Food for the World campaign. Walking by the tree, he hears a hammering sound and finds that X is trying to fix a his owl copy machine.

Inside the tree, Neighbor Aber learns that X is planning to offer flying lessons and was making copies of his advertisements when the copier jammed. Neighbor Aber is able to remove a scarf from the inside of the copier allowing the copies to continue. Outside the tree, Neighbor Aber provides a copy of the flying flyer to Henrietta and Mayor Maggie before they sing You Are Special.

Back at the house, Mister Rogers sings You Are Special before Mr. McFeely stops by with a video about how people make macaroni in a factory.
