Daniel Tiger is at school where he and his friends have been working on art projects. Gathering at the rug for circle time, the children work with Teacher Harriet to make a special project -- a dancing dragon. When Daniel and the others realize the size of the project, Teacher Harriet encourages them: "If you can't do it alone, work together."

Everyone works on their own specific part of the dragon. When everyone has their part complete, they start to assemble the dragon. Realizing that Daniel isn't quiet finished with the dragon's head, the others lend a hand.

After Daniel make-believes that the dragon can dance and sing on its own, the children work together to put the final pieces on the dragon. Proudly raising it above their heads, Daniel and his friends dance about to make the dragon move through a dragon parade.

Strategy

  • "If you can't do it alone, work together."
