Running time: Approximately 15 minutes DescriptionMister Rogers arrives with a picture of himself as a boy and tells viewers that he likes to talk about important things. He explains that it took lots of years and lots of care for him to grow from a boy to person his is now. Mister Rogers suggests that his dentists have helped him take good care of his teeth. At the dentist's office, Mister Rogers receives a check-up from Dr. Doug Jackson and his hygienist, Lisa Gjebre. Lisa and Dr. Jackson demonstrate various tools used for a dental check-up. Afterwards, Mister Rogers talks with a young dental patient named Joe. Returning to his house, Mister Rogers sings I'm Taking Care of You. NotesAn instrumental of I Like To Be Told plays in the background as this special opens. Let's Be Together Today plays as the special transitions to the dentist's office.
