Mister Rogers arrives with a puzzle featuring the Neighborhood of Make-Believe's royal family. Taking the puzzle to the kitchen, he places the Queen Sara, Prince Tuesday, and King Friday pieces in the correct spots. With the puzzle completed, Mister Rogers sings Look and Listen.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Prince Tuesday is saddened by the fact that his flying lesson did not actually teach him to fly on his own. Lady Elaine Fairchilde recognizes the prince's disappointment and gives him a "magic" propeller hat which she says will allow him to fly -- but it's only pretend.

Putting on the hat, Prince Tuesday leaps from the castle garden and falls to the ground. With an injury to his arm, Prince Tuesday describes his magic hat to Queen Sara as Dr. Bill is called.

Back at the house, Mister Rogers shares a picture book of musical instruments before he visits a nearby theater where the Uptown String Quartet is rehearsing. After an extensive demonstration of their musical talents and an explanation of how they often express feelings through their music, the quartet plays You Are Special.

Returning to his house, Mister Rogers sings You Are Special.

Notes

Viewers see a rare head-to-toe shot of Prince Tuesday as he prepares to try out his magic hat.

When Mister Rogers puts the Neighborhood of Make-Believe models back in their places on the shelf, he leaves the model Trolley on the table; however, when he returns from the theater, the Trolley model is gone from the table.
