The Wizard of Lupovich once visited the Neighborhood of Make-Believe from "beyond the Northern star, across the middle galaxy, and to the west of Orion."[1] The bearded wizard wears a long robe decorated with stars and moons. He also wears sandals and keeps two keys on a ring attached around his waist.

Skilled in magic, the Wizard of Lupovich was able to make himself disappear and claimed to be responsible for teaching Lady Elaine Fairchilde how to use her magic boomerang.[2]
