New Goat lives in Northwood and is an occasional visitor to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.
When the garbage crisis took place at Someplace Else, it was New Goat (along with Old Goat and Sue Goat) who were responsible for initiating the recycling efforts which would eventually reduce the amount of waste.[1]
