In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Ms. Russell is a long-time friend of Lady Elaine Fairchilde. Once, when Lady Elaine moved her Museum-Go-Round from the Neighborhood of Make-Believe to a play park, Ms. Russell was there full of excitement and ready to have fun with her friend.
