Misterogers (CBC, 12/27/1963)

Network: Canadian Broadcasting Corporation
Air Date: December 27, 1963

Mister Rogers welcomes viewers as he prepares a bowl of cereal with milk and sugar. After talking about using a napkin, he wonders if those in Make- Believe might like some cereal.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Joey Hollingsworth dances his way to the oak tree where he talks with X the Owl about dreams and wishes. X sings Find a Star -- a song he then gives to his friend by having Mr. Hollingsworth touch his heart and then touch his own.

As a dancing salesman, Mr. Hollingsworth is selling This and That -- milk called "This" and cereal called "That." After giving a sample to X the Owl, Mr. Hollingsworth rings the bell outside Henrietta Pussycat's door. Before she knows what This and That are, Henrietta places an order for ten of each simply because she like the dancing of Mr. Hollingsworth.

Moving on to the factory, Joey Hollingsworth meets Cornflake S. Pecially who is impressed with Mr. Hollingsworth's salesmanship and hires him as a Rockit salesman.

Back at the house, Mister Rogers concludes by singing Goodnight God.
