In September of 1998, a "neighborly" episode of the popular television game show Wheel of Fortune was broadcast. Originally filmed in Pittsburgh, PA, the episode featured a "Who Said It?" puzzle with the answer "It's a Beautiful Day in This Neighborhood."

When the puzzle was solved, a special guest -- Fred Rogers -- was invited to the stage and welcomed by an elated audience.
