In "Ruled Out" -- a 2002 episode of The Fairly Odd Parents -- Timmy isn't allowed to watch violent television programs. Such programming is replaced with child-friendly television including a Mister Rogers-like character delivering the line, "It's okay to feel sad sometimes."
