Daniel Tiger is at the Neighborhood carnival where he plays Miss Elaina's "Wacky Wheel of Wonder." Spinning the wheel, Miss Elaina lands on instructions to do a trick and performs a cartwheel. When Daniel lands on the same space, he tries to do a cartwheel but is unsuccessful in his attempt. Dad Tiger recognizes Daniel's disappointment and encourages him to do things his own way by coming up with a trick of his own. Daniel shows his friends his "Tiger Twirl."

Prince Wednesday spins the wheel and lands on the Ferris wheel. Riding the Ferris wheel at the carnival, Daniel sees people he knows from the top of the ride and thinks they look like ants. He make-believes that everything is small at a "teeny tiny carnival."

Playing a another game, Daniel and his friends try to knock over a bottle with a beanbag. Chrissie decides to do things her own way by throwing the beanbag while sitting down. Prince Wednesday tries to throw like Daniel and like Chrissie but still cannot knock over the bottle. He finds success when he tries things his own way by throwing with two hands.

Strategy
