Daniel Tiger is wearing a t-shirt instead of his usual red sweater because he is going to gymnastics for the first time. His friends are more experienced and Daniel is nervous about joining the class. With Dad Tiger's encouragement, Daniel finds the courage to try his best and surprises himself with his abilities.
When asked to crab crawl to the next activity, Daniel make-believes that he's on an adventure with a crab.
Having never walked on a balance beam before, Daniel watches his friends before he decides he is brave enough to try for himself.
