Daniel Tiger is pretending to be a dinosaur and plays with Margaret inside a cave made of blankets. When his dad comes home, Daniel is invited to Chime Time at the clock factory. Adding to the excitement, Daniel realizes that this will be Margaret's first Chime Time experience.

At the clock factory, it's not quite Chime Time so they pass the time with Katerina Kittycat and Henrietta Pussycat who are having a tea party and dancing together in the grass. Daniel and Katerina play family and pretend that everything in their tea party is giant in size.

Inside the clock factory, Daniel shows the many clocks to his baby sister. Chime Time begins but suddenly all of the clocks stop. While Dad Tiger looks into the problem, Daniel describes Chime Time to his sister. In no time, Dad Tiger fixes the problem and the clocks begin to chime.
