It is Dress Up Day and Daniel Tiger is at the Museum-Go-Round where there are plenty of costumes for everyone. The children try on various costumes as they encouraged by Lady Elaine Fairchilde: "Dress up any way you choose. Find a way that's right for you."

Daniel finds all of the pieces he needs to dress up like Tigey the Adventure Tiger and Katerina enjoys a variety of costumes. Miss Elaina, on the other hand, is having a hard time finding her robot costume and Lady Elaine encourages her to make one.

Daniel make-believes that he and his friends are dancing in their costumes throughout the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

When Katerina can't decide what costume she wants to wear, Miss Elaina reminds her that she does not have to pick just one. Katerina wears parts of several costumes becoming Super Firefighter Ballerina Katerina. The three friends play music and dance in their costumes.
