Donkey Hodie and Purple Panda are spending the day at the beach. King Friday XIII is at the beach as well and has plans to build a royal sandcastle. When the building does not go as planned, he becomes frustrated but knows a way to deal with his feelings -- the royal runaround! As King Friday jogs in small circles, his feelings of frustrations diminish and he starts the building again.
Donkey and Panda help King Friday with the royal sandcastle and but not without experiencing some frustrations of their own. Unfortunately, the royal runaround does not help and they have to find their own ways of dealing with their feelings. Playing her beach bongos helps Donkey to relieve her frustration while Panda feels better when he lies in the sand.
Working together, they are able to successfully build a beautiful sandcastle.
