Mister Rogers arrives with a doll wearing in-line skates and protective gear. He is talking about the purpose of the protective gear when Chuck Aber calls to say he will be stopping by to show adult-size skating gear. After Mister Rogers waits outside for a moment, Mr. Aber arrives and demonstrates the gear allowing Mister Rogers to try on the wrist guard.

Back inside, Mister Rogers takes out another doll -- a baby wearing a diaper. Taking the doll into the bathroom, he talks about learning to use the potty before he sings Go Stop Go.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Neighbor Aber is wearing a raincoat as Lady Elaine continues squirting water from her hose. At the factory, he helps Corney install an umbrella over the factory. After Neighbor Aber sings I'm a Man Who Manufactures, Corney shares his newest product -- an umbrella Rockit.

Moving on to the Museum-Go-Round, Neighbor Aber suggests that Lady Elaine think of other people before she squirts them with water. She finds that others are okay with the small squirts of water if they know about them ahead of time. After Neighbor Aber and Daniel both take a healthy dose of water from Lady Elaine, they sing It's You I Like.

Back at the house, Mr. McFeely stops by with a videotape about how people make concrete sidewalks. After the video, Mister Rogers plays a quick game of hide-and-seek with viewers.
