Mister Rogers arrives with a drawing of the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Looking closely at the picture, he finds hidden images such as a rocking chair and a horse. After looking in his briefcase and talking about the interest he had in his father's briefcase when he was a boy, Mister Rogers sings Look and Listen.

In the kitchen, Mister Rogers sets up pieces from a Neighborhood of Make-Believe puzzle.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin is visiting Daniel Striped Tiger who has discovered a talking toy horse in his basement. When the horse's string is pulled, he says "I know." As Lady Aberlin shows the horse around the Neighborhood, Lady Elaine Fairchilde shares a short film about horses. Several Neighbors talk to the horse and hear him respond with "I know" to everything they say.

At the factory, Corney is happy to see the toy horse that he manufactured long ago. As Corney sings I'm a Man Who Manufactures, the horse responds to each statement in the song with "I know." Lady Aberlin stops by the castle where Daniel expresses his concern that the Platypus family will not return to Make-Believe. Although King Friday says this concern is "baby talk," Lady Aberlin comforts Daniel.

Back at the house, Mister Rogers shares a longer version of the horse film shared by Lady Elaine Fairchilde.
