In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Marion and Nicholas Petrov are inside the castle dancing for King Friday XIII. After dancing in dressed as Henrietta Pussycat and X the Owl, they also perform in traditional dance attire.

Back with Mister Rogers, Lady Aberlin stops by and borrows the Fur, Feathers, and Hair book to take to Make-Believe.

Returning to Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin shares the book with X and Henrietta before they sing A Fine Feathered Friend and the Petrovs dance by in their costumes.
