Miss Margie Nebraska is a communcation arranger who visits the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

Using her magic bubble number finder, Miss Nebraska is able to provide Sara Saturday's contact information to King Friday XIII.[1] The bubble number finder is loaded with bubble finder liquid and returns the phone number by way of a small hot air balloon.

The balloon is also used to move Lady Elaine Fairchilde's tents from the castle garden to Someplace Else when Miss Nebraska suggests that she do so before King Friday returns from his visit with Sara Saturday.[2]
