Black and White Panda is a member of the circus and friend of Purple Panda. He does not speak but once communicated with those in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe by writing his thoughts on paper.[1]

Black and White Panda performed with the circus in Make-Believe[2] and later stayed overnight in a tent with Purple Panda after they shared a performance with King Friday XIII.[3]
