It's Margaret's birthday and Dad Tiger is making strawberry snacks for her party. Daniel is feeling left out as he wishes it was his own birthday. When Daniel starts feeling jealous of the extra attention his sister is getting, Mom Tiger suggests that Daniel be Margaret's "birthday buddy" and help in preparing for her special day. Daniel helps by making panda tails for the pin-the-tail-on-the-panda game.
Dad Tiger sets out for Baker Aker's bakery with Daniel and Margaret. On the way, Daniel make-believes that it is Trolley's birthday.
At the bakery, Daniel is drawn to the Tigey cake, but then he remembers that it is Margaret's special day and suggests the panda cake instead. Using various fruits, Daniel helps to decorate the cake.
