Everyone is excited as they anxiously await the arrival of the yodel birds as they travel from the sea to Mount Really-High-Up. Donkey Hodie and her friends realize that they have never actually heard to birds yodel when they fly overhead. Duck Duck discovers that on long trips, yodel birds get too tired to yodel. With this in mind, Donkey suggests they make a rest stop for the birds -- or as Duck Duck finds, the more familiar yodel bird rest nest.
With the work divided and a plan in place, Donkey and the others set out to build the rest nest. Duck Duck and Purple Panda work on the nest while Donkey and Bob Dog build the tower. Duck Duck and Panda take their time and work well together while Donkey and Bob Dog try to hurry through the tower building and have difficulties accomplishing their task at hand.
When Donkey and Bob Dog slow down and take their time, they are able to build a strong tower just in time for the arrival of the yodel birds. After a quick rest, the yodel birds yodel for Donkey and her friends.
