MRN 20th anniversary poster questions

I was looking at the March 2013 blog post where Tim has found and shared a fancy 1988 MRN poster that consists of various MRN neighbors real and make-believe. I have a few questions about it:

1. Who's that kid sitting next to H.J. Elephant III? I don't remember him/her. That isn't Paul, Iffy or Cate, is it?

2. That man behind Marilyn Barnett carrying a money box, i'm assuming that's John Reardon (dressed like he is in the Uncle Of The Monkey opera), right?

3. Where's Joey Hollingsworth, Audrey Duck or Catalion? I guess you can't add every character in a pic.

It is  Hischer Booptrunk sitting next to H.J Elephant III I'm looking at the poster that's hanging on my wall hope this helps and yes Rerdon is dressed up in his  Organ Grinder costume from Episode 1169 aka The Monkeys Uncle
