You will need to register on the Chicago Museum's archive site:  http://archives.museum.tv/login?from=archives

Log in and go to TV/Radio side of the site.  Type in Mister Rogers on keyword and those episodes will be available for free.  The transfer quality isn't great, about like VCR quality.  Sound quality is actually not bad. 

Also a couple of pics of Fred Rogers are on the image side of the archive as well.
