The animal sounds toy in Episode 1627

I've noticed that Fred demonstrates a very interesting toy that plays recordings of animal sounds.  In a way, it reminds me of Mattel's See 'n Say talking toys--especially in terms of the quality of the recordings.  Another aspect of the toy that Fred demonstrates is that it has FIVE pull strings.  I'm also wondering as to what company made that particular toy.  If anyone knows and could tell me, I would greatly appreciate it.
