1638--Chef Brockett's Song

Just a quick note.  I watched 1638 with my kids last night and Chef Brockett sang his theme song.  I've heard instrumental settings of that song many times, but couldn't ever remember the words.  This is the only time (so far) I've encountered the song being sung in the modern episodes.
