Summary: Mr. Rogers puts his initials on his toolbox. He helps Natalie Baker look at an apartment. He explains that it is empty because no one lives there. Mr. McFeely comes to visit and shows Mr. Rogers an invention of his.

In the NOM, Mr. McFeely brings Corney his new saw. Corney doesn’t want to get rid of his old one so he keeps them both.

Back with Mr. Rogers, he explains that old things can be kept even if new ones are acquired.
