It's hard to tell in the pictures but I think Fred used the same material that makes up the top of X's tree for the bottom of the Frogg's place in Westwood.

I build sets for elementary school plays and you'd be suprised how much you use the same cheap matireals over and over just cut a different shape and painted a different color. I would not be suprised at all if they were made of the same thing.
