1973 Film Strip on Youtube

There is a 1973 film strip on youtube of a slightly different version of MRN.  It's been up there on youtube for quite some time.  It's entitled I Can, I am, I Will or something to that effect.  I wonder if more of these exist.  To find it go on youtube and type in 1973 Mister Rogers and you will find it.  It even has a version of NOMB segment in it.  Does this count towards the episode count of MRN?
