Trying to find a specific episode

In the first few years of the show my friend was asked to be on the show by someone who worked there.  The very short few second scene involved her buying a clarinet reed from Negri.  I am guessing it was after the Negri music store was created.  She can't remember exactly how old she was but somewhere between 9 and 12 years old.  So that would be between 1968 and 1971.  Does anyone have a clue how to find that exact episode she was in?  Or does someone possibly even remember that scene.

Thanks,
Andy

That's a tough one. My guess is that she was probably an extra in a scene at Negri's as Mister Rogers either arrived or left the shop. Unfortunately, I've not documented the episodes in that much detail so it'd be a matter of looking at every episode from those years where he visited the Music Shop to see if she's in there.

Sorry. If I happen to come across it sometime, I'll let you know. In the meantime, if she's able to come up with any more specifics, maybe that would help piece things together and narrow it down a bit.

I think I found it in episode 1134 from Season 4 in 1971. Just before Mr. Rogers enters the music store, Joe is giving something small to a girl carrying what looks like a Clarinet case. He also says "I hope it works fine." Tell me Andy, is your friend's name Amy?

Sorry for the very late reply.   Yes Yes my friend is named Amy.  How do you know that?  Thanks so much for responding and finding this.  Do you know how I can get a copy of this episode?

I found a youtube link of that episode online.  And yes that is my friend Amy in the green dress.  They even say her last name when they address the woman who played her mother.   Thank you so much for finding this. It means so much to my friend who is now 59 years old.  Is there anyway to get a better copy of this episode other than what's on youtube?

Thanks again,
Andy

Yes as I mentioned I found the youtube link.  I was hoping to find a better quality copy of that episode.  I would imagine there is a digital archived version somewhere.
