Looking for specific episode, probably after 1981, with X the Owl

My family adopted a quote from X the Owl as our family motto.  He said, "Sometimes life is so good, you can hardly fly high enough!"  I would love to find this episode, please.  It's probably early 80s, as my son was born in 81.  Thanks for any help!!
