Anywhere that I can watch the 1969 episodes?

There is one episode from March 1969 where Mr. McFeely brings over a helium tank to Mr. Rogers and Rogers blows up some balloons. I really want to see this one but canââ,¬â,,¢t even download it on Amazon Instant Video or anywhere. Anywhere that I can see it?

There was an YT channel which was trying to out a bunch of old episodes but not surprisingly have been moved.

There's a page on Dailymotion that has some old Mr. Rogers shows but last I check whoever runs it hasn't uploaded anything new in a long time.
