Good Feeling song in 1510

When 1510 aired last Thursday, I noticed that, even though it was a Friday episode, when Fred sang the Good Feeling song, he sang "when the day is new" rather than "when the week is new".  Was this an edit since it aired on a Thursday last week?  Or, was that how it always aired, and it was an error?  Or, was there a period where Fred used "when the day is new" even on Fridays?  I know others mentioned another episode from around this time (maybe 1500, I'm not sure) that used "When the day is new".
