Doesn't seem like this section of the board is very active. Personally, I'm a big fan of the show and have been since it debuted. (I actually came aboard because it was by the creators of Blue's Clues and I really appreciate the work they did on that.) Went ahead and registered because I wanted to see if I could get people's thoughts on an upcoming story from the show.

I see there was a thread a while back on whether the show would be covering any serious topics. Well, I have found out that coming this fall the show is doing a story about Daniel losing his pet fish. Here is a news article with an interview with Angela Santomero confirming the existence of the story in question. It's inspired by an installment of Mister Rogers Neighborhood in which Mister Rogers lost his goldfish. There's also going to be a book based on this story scheduled for release on August 29, though I don't know if this will be the title of the actual television story. Amazon's page also has six preview images from the story, each a two-page spread, for a total of twelve pages. (These can also be seen here with a different method of viewing.) In them, we can see that Daniel cries about the loss of the fish, that Mom and Dad Tiger encourage him to ask questions, and that Margaret accidentally upsets him by taking a drawing that he had made of the fish.

While book releases generally only cover elements from one story, I imagine this topic will likely cover the entire episode, as they did with the storm episode a while back.
