"Banned" episodes?

As a NA newbie, which ones are the banned ones and why?  Conflict I know about of course.

There are 4 weeks that we call the "banned" episodes since they were omitted from the Plan and Play Book (which includes all other episodes back to 1001, including Conflict).  Those weeks are 1036-1040, 1051-1055, 1056-1060, and 1071-1075.  We do not know why they are banned.
