Help - Episode - Joe Negri and Ukrainian Borscht

There was an episode where a man of Ukrainian descent was singing a song about how he makes Ukrainian borscht, and I believe Joe Negri played the guitar as this man sang.  What was this episode, and who was the man?  Thank you.

Okay.  Here's what I found out.  Peter Ostroushko was the man, and apparently, this was episode 1664.  Was Joe Negri playing guitar, though?  It seems Peter Ostroushko is a musician himself, so maybe Joe didn't play, but was just in the music store listening with Mr. Rogers.
