I've bought some stuff off musicstack in the past. Not Mister Rogers recordings but some other stuff that was out of print and somewhat hard to come by. it's a decent site -- much like ebay, depends on the reliability of the individual sellers. Although much of what's on there is ridiculously overpriced, it's still a good place to find out of print music.
