I've only come up with one complete episode which was the one that WQED aired when Josey Carey passed away.

The pictures from this look like the clips that were shown on the "America's Favorite Neighbor" DVD.

Some of them appear to be the same and some of them have a different set. I'd suspect there's at least one more episode that still exisits somewhere...

The other question is: If found, would the episodes be in the public domain now? I can hardly imagine that anyone would have bothered to renew the copyrights on these old shows, which were probably never intended to be aired a second time, anyhow.

You may have to go down to FRC see if they allow you to view digitized quicktime videos of
The Children's Corner. I think they have 20 shows that have been digitized, along with 100
various episodes of the 1960s CBC Misterogers. All are most likely kinescopes.
