When I was hunting down for a copy, I never saw evidence of a CD or cassette, just vinyl, which is what I eventually got. I feel like '85 was a little early for a CD release; this wasn't a blockbuster album. I worked at a chain store's music department, and in 19
95 the music releases were still 50/50 casssette/CD. That picture you linked
could be a CD-R that was burned later, or a CD from the studio that the Costa family had.
AllMusic lists an LP release only.
Another note: Most places list it as "Johnny Costa plays Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" but they eliminate that "Jazz" from the end. It's right on the cover!
It's a fantastic album.
