Bringing Back the Podcast?

After not recording any new podcasts for all of 2014, I'm really leaning in the direction of bringing it back in 2015. When I asked several weeks ago on Facebook, I got several great suggestions for possible topics. The most common is always more conversations with former cast and crew members and I've reached out to a few over the past month -- each of which respectfully declined at this time.

So what I'm thinking at this point is this. How about if I go through each weekly series and record a podcast conversation about each one. I'd arrange ahead of time to be joined by someone else to help as we dissect that week's episodes and talk about each of the weekly topics from 1979 and beyond. Now keep in mind that there are 60+ weeks to cover so this would likely be an investment of a year or more (I'd probably shoot for one recording a week on average). I don't like to start things and not finish them so I'm here with this simple question:

Is this something that would interest any of you?

Each one would last roughly 30-40 minutes and include commentary, maybe a few sound clips, possibly even some brief conversations with some of the guests from episodes included in that week.

What do you think? I'm definitely interested in your feedback here.

How about a top 10 of your favorite Mister Rogers episodes. Maybe say why they're your favorite, play some audio clips, and a description of the episodes mentioned.

I wonder why it is that most of the cast members from MRN seem to want nothing to do with MRN these days.  That's sad.

Have you tried talking again to Betty?  She used to post here frequently, but I have not seen her post in years.  Is she willing to do a podcast?  Has she said why she doesn't post here anymore?

I did ask Betty about a possible podcast interview quite some time ago and she declined. When it's come to networking with others for this site, I definitely respect people's privacy and typically don't circle back around to ask again. The others I spoke with didn't necessarily decline out of any feelings of disdain towards the Neighborhood. In fact, most everyone speaks very highly of their time on the Neighborhood!

Did Betty ever say why she doesn't post here anymore?  Is she interested in coming back?

Any reason why same with the others?

Oh I see this was asked already.
