Title: RCA VideoDiscs of MRN
Post by: earnhardtfan4life on June 25, 2011, 10:36:36 PM
I came across this tonight:

http://www.cedmagic.com/v-title-database/mosc/mister-rogers-vol2-1.html

Has anyone messed around with these?  I would be curious to know what the picture quality and sound quality are like.  I may have to go on an "all out" search for these.

On Mr. Rogers Goes To School RCA CED. I should mention they made edits on some of the programs. Some portions will be missing, especially on 1462 & 1463. As those have been edited down quite abit. 1101 program is the only show from all of these ceds that have no edits, minus the trolley card holding up the episodes number #1101. In first run NET programs there originally was no trolley card untill later on. They started rerunning 1001-1460 programs after production of 1460 was first aired in 1976. Earlier shows such as 1101 would have a special graphic with a trolley and the shows production number. Hope this helps out!

The transfer quality for these are awesome considering the episodes were made in the 70s.
