Live Action Segment

The live action segment following this episode includes a boy visiting with two paramedics as they show him the inside of an ambulance.

Notes

  • The segment of Daniel fighting the germs with soap is somewhat reminiscent of the Nintendo game Super Mario Brothers. A similar make-believe segment is seen in Episode 303a.

  • As Dad Tiger makes soup for Mom Tiger, he adds some "Mrs. Salt and Mr. Pepper." This is clearly a subtle reference to Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper -- characters from Blue's Clues which was also created by Angela Santomero.

  • The paramedics and ambulance featured at the end of this episode are from the public safety department of Pittsburgh. PA.
  • This episode ends with a montage of clips featuring Daniel Tiger and Prince Wednesday played over You Are Special.
  • This episode is included on the DVD Daniel Goes To The Doctor.
